Free workshops for BPH students only
Starting with May 2021, Bucharest Playhouse aims to organize for students free workshops 1-2 times a month held by actors, directors and well-known teachers from the Romanian theater, film and television industry. Topics will be chosen that will either deepen the knowledge learned in school, seen from other angles, or will enrich the students' culture through subjects such as commedia dell arte, Chekhovian theater, contemporary dance, etc., Standard American accent.
To be eligible, students must be active members of the term in which the workshop takes place. They will be admitted following a "first come - first served" process. One week in advance, all active members of the school will simultaneously receive an RSVP invitation by e-mail. The first 8-10 applicants (depending on the event) who will respond to this request will be automatically admitted. In this case, this is mandatory.
The student will be able to withdraw from the workshop to which he registered by sending an e-mail to the school administration at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, in order to allow another person to participate in his place. If the withdrawal request is not sent or the student is absent without reason, he / she will no longer be allowed to participate in the remaining workshops within that term.
